How do you reset the 4 digit passcode on an IPhone?
While trying to update IOS, the phone restarted and asked for a 4 digit code.
Well we dont use a 4 digit code on this phone.
How would we reset it? It's currently Disabled.
We do have the username and password.

Are you sure it's not asking you to create a passcode? I updated my 4S and after it restarted it ask me to create a passcode for the phone.
For what it's worth, I believe if it were asking to create a passcode, it would ask for a six digit, not a four digit one.
I Was so close, when my IPhone restarted it kicked me out of my Wi-Fi. So it won't let me erase.
Not sure what to do.

Restarted ... when? At what point in the process? Had you started recovery? Which method? Did you try recovery mode? If not, do so now.
I Was attempting to erase the phone and passcode, then recover. But I can't because my Iphonw will not pick up the Wi-Fi, because it is disabled.
The phone now says "IPhone is disabled connect to ITunes".
Is there anyway to get Wi-FI on the phone if it's disabled?

Recover first. Simply plug your iPhone into iTunes. Wi-Fi is not necessary for recovery.
